All designs, media, and content remain the intellectual property of Norse Panda LLC until full payment, after which the customer is granted a non-exclusive license for agreed use unless otherwise detailed in signed agreements. Customer warrants they have rights to provided designs, media, manuscripts, or other content provided for use; Norse Panda LLC is not liable for IP infringement. Prototypes and deliverables are provided "as is" for testing or specified purposes; no warranty of fitness for specific use. Norse Panda LLC is not liable for damages arising from the use of prototypes, media, or deliverables beyond the invoice value. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier for physical goods or upon digital delivery for electronic files.

All customer designs and content are treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of the agreed upon projects.
